I turn on the Tv, and again, all I see is war
Bloodshed, silent screams, an innocent face's tear
Tanks, bombs, panic, murder, silence, and fear
Everything becomes natural as long as we ignore
In south Africa, people are dying from AIDS and hunger
90000 miles away, others are looking forward
To see if humans can live on Mars; and I wonder
I just wonder...What's wrong with the world?
Hey, don't you think we should resolve the problems
In our planet before discovering others?
Why can't we just live with each other?
Why can't we just understand each other?
Why do we always lionize our hollow differences
And make them be a pretext for those silly fights?
Where is the concept of the human rights?
Is this what you call democracy or am I losing my senses?
Prejudices of skin color, race, religion, nationnality
Think a while, don't we have at all a similarity?
Indiference? Xenophobia? Egoistism? Sadism? Racism?
Destroying what can be an obstacle to their uphoria...Fascism?
Our mother earth is getting, sick and diseased
And we give it a Placebo pretending it's a cure
In spite of this palliative treatment, it'll still be unpure
Why do we have to create evil? Why has violence increased?
Keep on saying your hypocritical political rhethorics
keep on killing to digg your miserable lamb of hapiness up
Keep on playing your foolish game, and your tricks
And when you end your show, then wake me up.
Spent ten years living in irreality
And six years trying to understand this reality
